That insight led him to establish one of Australia's first mortgage broking businesses, built on a mission to help people make more informed, confident borrowing decisions along with co-founding Your Lending Solutions.
Throughout his career, Tony has remained passionate about financial education, and it shows in how he leads. His practical, people-first approach continues to shape the way Your Lending Solutions supports clients through every stage of the lending journey.
Outside of lending, Tony is a lifelong music enthusiast who spent many years managing rock bands, a creative outlet that brings the same energy and balance to everything he does.
With over a decade in the financial services industry, George Lambadaridis co-founded Your Lending Solutions and has built a reputation as a trusted debt advisor, helping clients structure and manage lending solutions across all stages of life. He holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, along with his Diploma and Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking Management, a technical foundation that underpins his hands-on, results-driven approach to every client's circumstances.
George's niche lies in working with professional athletes, drawing on his own background as a former professional and current semi-professional footballer. Having experienced firsthand the pressures and uncertainty that come with a career built on tight timeframes and sudden change, he works closely with organisations like Professional Footballers Australia to help athletes plan for and adapt to change with confidence, particularly when it comes to their finances.

As Client Services Manager & Credit Analyst, he works behind the scenes and alongside clients directly, helping to prepare, assess, and progress loan applications so the journey to settlement is as smooth as possible.
A qualified debt advisor, Con brings an added layer of expertise to the team, helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions about their financial position. He takes the time to explain each step clearly, ensuring clients feel supported and confident throughout the process.
Outside the office, Con's greatest passion is football. As both a player and coach with the Doncaster Rovers Soccer Club, he enjoys the continuous improvement that comes with the game.
Arthur brings over 20 years of experience as a qualified debt advisor, having built a career on trust, diligence, and a genuine commitment to helping clients navigate their lending options. Across two decades in the industry, he has guided clients through countless scenarios.
